The Masters Program is a physiotherapist-led strength and fitness programme created specifically for adults aged 55 and over.
Whether you’re recovering from injury, new to exercise, or aiming to maintain your independence, our small group classes provide a safe, friendly environment where you can improve strength and confidence at your own pace.

What to Expect During Your First Visit
From your first consultation to your first class, we’ll guide you step-by-step.
You’ll meet with a Chartered Physiotherapist who will get to know your goals and tailor your programme accordingly.
During your trial sessions, you’ll experience how our supportive environment and expert coaching make all the difference in helping you move safely and confidently.
You will meet one of our Chartered Physiotherapist, who will review your medical, surgical, and injury history, and answer any questions you may have. If you have MRI or test results, please bring them with you.
We will check your strength, mobility, and movement to establish a safe starting point. This ensures that any past or current issues are taken into account before you begin.
Experience two Masters Program classes alongside our regular members. You will be supported every step of the way and can decide afterwards if the programme is right for you.
