How We Help You Rebuild Strength and Confidence Step by Step
1. All new members begin with a one-on-one physiotherapy consultation, where we go through your medical history, learn more about your pain and injuries, ask about any surgeries, find out your current activity levels and learn what your goals are and motivations for joining the Masters Program.
2. From there, we complete our physiotherapy assessment

Assess any problem areas or joints

Complete a baseline movement screen to see how you move

Create your own individual Foundation Program to begin with

Walk you through your initial exercises on your Foundation Program
3. You are then invited to trial your first two classes before signing up to ensure that you enjoy the Masters Program and can see the benefit. This also gives you the opportunity to speak with our members, learn about the benefits they've seen an get used to the environment.
Every class is coached by both a physiotherapist and a strength and conditioning coach who understand your starting point and can guide you over the coming weeks and months.
