Masters Day began as a small gathering for members of The Masters Program, our physiotherapy-led fitness community for over 55s. It has since grown into one of Dublin’s most anticipated active ageing and longevity events.
The day brings together physiotherapists, exercise professionals, health experts and individuals who want to stay strong, independent and active for life.
Our mission is simple: to help you understand your body better, move with confidence and make informed choices for lifelong health.
