Welcome to the Masters Games

established 2026, our Masters Games is an annual day where our members get the opportunity to take part in our own homegrown Games and compete in strength, cardio and core exercises and work towards a common set goal. However, the day is more about community, fun and fitness! 

 

On Saturday 21st February 2026, we hosted our very first Masters Games! A celebration of strength, progress and community within The Masters Program.

The day was designed as an opportunity for members to test their strength and endurance in a structured and supportive setting. More importantly, it was a chance to bring everyone together, to share in the progress they have made and to enjoy the spirit of the community that has grown around the programme.

The events were practical, safe and age-appropriate, reflecting the work our members do each week in class. They focused on functional strength, stamina and confidence in movement. There was encouragement, laughter and a real sense of pride throughout the day.

For many participants, the greatest achievement was not a number or a time, but the simple realisation of how far they have come. Members who once felt unsure about exercise were now moving with confidence, supporting one another and celebrating shared progress.

The Masters Games reminded us that strength training is not only about physical improvement. It is about connection, belonging and building resilience together.

We are incredibly proud of everyone who took part, and we look forward to making this an annual event.
